Maintaining good health has never been so easy. This program allows you to regularly use massage therapy as part of your wellness plan.
*With membership, unlimited additional sessions may be purchased at this rate. Rates shown are for Level I Practitioner services. Higher level service charges are not automatically included in membership rate. Payable at time of service. Member may purchase additional time for a minimum of $15 per 15 minute increment. Rates vary by service level. Payable at time of service.
Frequently Asked Membership Questions
Who do I need to talk to if I have questions or concerns about my membership?
Our front desk can field many of your questions and concerns or direct you to our membership department. You can call them at 303.938.0388. You can also send an e-mail anytime to our membership department: email@example.com
What if I won’t be able to make it in one month?
You may freeze your account for up to 2 months each year. There is a $10 charge to freeze your membership. If you are unable to come in during a month in which you have already been billed, you MUST let us know prior to the end of that month because any unused credit automatically expires at the end of each month.
•Note: Membership credit does not carry over from one month to the next.
What if the month is coming to an end and I haven’t used my credit yet?
Call us immediately and we will schedule your massage with your preferred time and therapist in the following month. We will pre-pay for your session using your current month’s credit. For example: you call on June 30th to schedule but we don’t have availability until July 2nd. We will pay for your session on July 2rd using your June membership credit. You will still have to schedule another massage in July to use your July membership credit.
Can I use this membership with another person?
No. This is an individual program and cannot be used by more than one person. In this way, it is similar to a fitness club membership. If you are interested in sharing sessions we offer a discount block program that can be shared.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days written notice. You will need to come into the center to fill out a cancellation form in person. If you cannot come into our center in person you will need to submit a cancellation request via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I use my membership for any level of service?
Yes. However, there is an additional fee to see a therapist at a higher level. The fee varies based on time increment and the level of service.
If I only see a higher-level therapist, can you include the additional charge automatically?
Yes. If you’d like us to include additional charges or tips in your automatic withdrawal, ask the front desk or e-mail a request to email@example.com
Can I extend my session time?
Yes, you can always extend your session time. You can add time in additional 15-minute increments, and the cost varies based on service level:

When will my credit card or banking account be billed?
On the 1st of each month.
What if my credit card or checking account expires or is declined?
If your credit card or bank account fails to process on the billing date, (1st of every month), you will get an email informing you of the failed charge. You will need to pay your monthly membership dues, and also provide updated information if necessary. If your credit card or bank account does not run for two months in a row, you will be charged the outstanding monthly dues, plus a $25.00 service charge fee per month for insufficient funds or invalid account information.
Can I come in for more than one session per month?
Absolutely. The monthly plan automatically bills you for one session per month. However, you may purchase unlimited sessions at your membership rate.
Can I schedule my membership sessions online?
Yes! You can schedule online 24 hours a day.
Do I get a discount on other types of sessions such as acupuncture or Rolfing?
No, this is a massage membership. The membership prices are based on our regular massage rates and there is no discount on other types of sessions. You may apply your membership credit towards any other service or product in the center but there are no discounts off our regular rates.
Can I use a gift card at my membership rate?
No. Gift cards can only be redeemed at our full cash rates.
Will I be charged a yearly fee?
No. There is a one-time initiation fee paid at the time of enrollment, but there is no yearly fee to be in the program.
How long does my membership last?
The membership is perpetual and will renew on a monthly basis until termination by the member. It is not a yearly membership and will not terminate until you cancel it.
Terms and Conditions
Monthly rate plan entitles member to one session per month. Unlimited additional sessions may be purchased by the member for themselves at this rate.
Unused session credit expires at the end of each month and will not carry over from one month to the next.
Membership is not transferable.
Upon enrollment, the member’s bank/credit card is authorized to transfer such funds to MassageSpecialists.com, Inc. until the company has received one month written notice of termination. Membership is perpetual and will renew on a monthly basis until termination.
Member may cancel their program with 30 days written notice.
Member is subject to a $25 service charge for any draft transaction returned for insufficient funds or invalid account information. The service charge will be added to the member’s outstanding balance and will be charged at the next available draft date.
In the case of a failure to pay monthly dues, the member will be liable for any reasonable costs and attorney’s fees incurred by MassageSpecialists.com or agents in its efforts to secure payment.
If assigned, all payments must be made in full to the assignee according to this agreement. No memberships shall be suspended and no monies will be refunded.
The MassageSpecialists.com standard cancellation policy is understood and agreed to by the member.
Members may freeze membership activity for a period of up to two months at a rate of $10 per freeze.
Gift certificates may not be purchased or used as payment through membership rate plan.

Prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change with 30 days notice by company.
We require 24 hours notice of cancellations made more than one day in advance. For sessions scheduled with less than 24 hours notice we require 4 hours advance notice of cancellation. Cancellations failing to meet these requirements will be charged our cancellation rates of $35 for appointments 60 minutes and under and $45 for appointments over 60 minutes.
